Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Join a leading food and FMCG organisation operating a large, complex supply chain across Australia and New Zealand. As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will support the delivery of products to stores nationwide, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service to stores and manage day‑to‑day distribution enquiries.
• Coordinate and resolve issues between suppliers, warehouses and stores.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Manage suppliers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Report key data for distribution centres, including stock on hand, stock run‑outs and performance KPIs.
• Communicate promotional forecasts to stakeholders and track domestic and international shipments.
• Work closely with freight forwarders to import goods.
• Support the procurement manager and ANZ purchasing team with overflow tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in a supply‑chain or logistics coordination role within the food or FMCG industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with strong relationship‑building abilities across internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
