Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

OptionX Bournedrill is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to support the design, engineering and manufacture of drilling and tunnelling equipment in Brisbane. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee inventory and stock levels to meet production needs.
• Maintain and report on the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide logistics, operational and administrative support.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Understanding of supply chain, procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills (preferred).
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field, or currently completing one.
