Supply Chain Coordinator (4 days/week)

About the role

This position is based in Horsley Park, NSW and supports the Senior Distribution & Logistics Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the ANZ outsourced distribution network. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external 3PL partners to ensure smooth inbound, outbound and returns flows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations between order management, planning, warehouse and transport carriers to keep orders on schedule.
• Raise and follow up data flow issues with IT to maintain timely operations.
• Validate export shipments for compliance with dangerous goods documentation.
• Review and validate operational requests from the 3PL, including write‑offs, inbound/outbound logistics and month‑end volumes.
• Facilitate returns in collaboration with order management and GCC teams.
• Support monthly KPI reviews, process compliance and EHS follow‑up.
• Work with marketing and brand teams to resolve supply‑chain disruptions.
• Assist with clearance, delivery, and SAP arrival date updates for inbound freight.
• Help arrange disposal of obsolete or damaged goods and investigate return claims.
• Maintain indirect procurement for the 3PL and update scorecards for internal and regional meetings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, warehousing, logistics or operations.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in a structured manner.
