SuccessFactors Configuration Specialist

About the role

An experienced SuccessFactors Recruiting Configuration Specialist is sought to support a large organisation through a focused recruitment systems improvement project. This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly assess the current configuration, identify improvements and deliver practical enhancements across the SuccessFactors Recruiting environment. The position is advertised by Stellar Recruitment as a 3-month contract based in Brisbane CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimise existing SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration
• Configure workflows, approvals, requisition templates, permissions and candidate communications
• Support remediation of recruitment process and system gaps
• Develop configuration documentation, test scripts and support materials
• Assist with testing, UAT and go-live readiness activities
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions

Required profile

• Proven SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration experience
• Experience improving or remediating existing SuccessFactors environments
• Strong testing, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to work independently and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced project environment

• Understanding of workflows, permissions, business rules and recruitment processes
