Integration Specialist (Professional Services)

About the role

Canon is hiring an Integration Specialist (Professional Services) in Brisbane, Australia, to partner with customers and influence solution design from presales through to delivery. The role works on complex, enterprise-level workflow and document management solutions, with hybrid working (two days from home). You will combine consulting expertise with strong technical skills to lead solution deployments, run workshops, give technical guidance and support customers through their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver implementation services for Canon and partner solutions
• Run customer workshops, scope solutions and gather requirements
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales and solution delivery lifecycle
• Deliver solution demonstrations, training and user enablement
• Manage customer projects and ensure successful implementation outcomes
• Develop functional specifications and analyse customer business processes
• Identify opportunities to improve existing customer environments and solutions

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in IT consulting, systems integration, professional services or solution delivery
• Knowledge of document management, workflow, imaging or business process automation solutions
• Strong understanding of business analysis, solution design and implementation methodologies
• Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders across business and technical environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Experience in the document management, information management or print industry is highly regarded

Required skills

• Desirable: SQL Server or other relational databases, including query development, stored procedures and database design
• Desirable: JavaScript, C# and .NET development
• Desirable: RESTful APIs and application integrations
• Desirable: object-oriented programming, coding standards and code review
• Desirable: configuring business rules, workflows and integrations in Document Management Systems
