Student Mobility Coordinator

About the role

The College of Asia and the Pacific (CAP) at the Australian National University is seeking a Student Mobility Coordinator to support the development and delivery of mobility and student enrichment activities, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. The position reports to the Deputy Manager, Student Mobility and acts as a key contact point for both students and academics. It is a full-time, continuing role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a range of learning abroad opportunities, including the flagship Year in Asia program and several academic-led study tours.
• Provide advice to students on various mobility options.
• Coordinate information and pre-departure sessions to support student engagement.

Required profile

• Experience administering student mobility programs in an Australian university context, and/or a strong background engaging with stakeholders in Asia and the Pacific.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with academics on program development and delivery.
• Experience working or studying in the Asia-Pacific region is highly regarded.
• A team player who works collaboratively, is highly motivated and can prioritise to manage multiple deadlines.
• Rights to live and work in Australia; mandatory pre-employment declarations and background checks apply.
