Storeperson - Manufacturing

About the role

Marand, an Australian engineering and manufacturing company and part of the ASDAM Group, is seeking an experienced Storeperson in Geelong. The role manages the end-to-end flow of materials and parts, from receiving incoming goods through storage, kitting and delivery to the assembly line. It is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The day shift runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 2:30pm and on Fridays from 6:00am to 12:00pm.

Required profile

• Previous stores experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Forklift licence (essential)
• Previous ERP experience, preferably M1
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Commitment to workplace health and safety and good teamwork
• Due to customer requirements, Australian citizenship and ITAR/EAR compliance may be needed; a police check, defence security clearance and random drug and alcohol screening may also be required

Required skills

• Forklift operation
• ERP systems (preferably M1)
• Overhead crane experience preferred
• Dogging (DG) and Intermediate Rigging (IR) licence highly regarded
• Computer literacy
