Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role in Melbourne

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead a Melbourne H&M store, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will build and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring the store operates in line with H&M standards and local legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse store sales and profit KPIs regularly and implement actions to maximise results.
• Drive the Hello Member programme in line with national goals.
• Maintain store execution standards using the Customer Audit Tool and address any gaps.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development and succession planning for all store staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, set development plans and provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Implement store operations best practices as defined by the area plan.
