Store Manager – Dandenong

About the role

Lead a high‑performing team in a retail environment that supports customers with sleep and health solutions. As Store Manager you will balance commercial success with exceptional customer care and drive growth in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a customer‑focused team, creating a culture of exceptional service.
• Coach, motivate and support team members to achieve store goals.
• Drive sales performance and deliver business objectives through effective planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with sleep physicians, GPs, sleep laboratories and allied health professionals.
• Manage store operations including rostering, recruitment, leave management and workforce planning.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Store Managers to share insights and improve performance.
• Maintain high operational standards and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

Required profile

• Experience leading a retail, healthcare or customer‑focused team with accountability for business performance.
• Proven success developing, coaching and motivating team members.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers, team members and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing store operations, staffing and day‑to‑day business priorities.
• Confidence leading through change and adapting to evolving business needs.
