About the role

Join a national NDIS provider delivering allied health services across Australia. As a Speech Pathologist you will provide evidence‑based therapy to participants in home, school and community environments, enjoying flexibility and strong clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and deliver therapy in community settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Support NDIS participants to build communication skills and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor early‑career clinicians.

Required profile

• Current Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
• Proactive, team‑focused mindset.
• Passion for working in the disability sector.
