Clinic Administration Officer

About the role

Sonic HealthPlus is seeking a motivated and organised Clinic Administration Officer for its Dandenong clinic. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate appointments and provide a welcoming experience for clients, patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional reception support and manage client enquiries.
• Coordinate appointment bookings, medical bookings and health assessments.
• Administer health questionnaires, maintain accurate client records and handle confidential medical information.
• Process invoices, manage results and reports, and support general administrative functions.
• Assist the Practice Manager and clinic team with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high professional standards.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Experience with medical practice management software (desirable).
