Store Manager – 6‑Month Cover (Armadale)

About the role

As the Store Manager you will own the performance of the COS store in Armadale, driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a 6‑month cover role working 38 hours per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge and a memorable in‑store experience.
• Interpret sales data, set commercial targets and take ownership of the store’s financial results.
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members, and develop high‑potential staff through tailored development plans.
• Oversee all store operations, including compliance, visual merchandising and operational efficiency.
• Foster an inclusive, motivating work environment where people thrive.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead teams in fast‑paced retail environments, delivering high standards of customer service while driving sales.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a track record of aligning actions with customer feedback.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align commercial goals with customer needs.
• Excellent communication, coaching and development skills.
• Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
