Store Inventory Manager

About the role

Kmart is seeking a Store Inventory Manager for its Gladstone location to lead a team in delivering high‑standard customer experiences through effective merchandising, replenishment and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve store objectives, ensuring diverse viewpoints are considered and collaboration is fostered.
• Identify and implement process improvements, using metrics to refine workflows, optimise inventory processes and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, compliant store environment by executing store processes and overseeing team adherence to standards.
• Build strong relationships across the store, keeping everyone informed and encouraging input to drive unified approaches.
