About the role
Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Kitchen Steward Shift Leader and oversee the stewarding team in a world‑famous location near Uluru. You will ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain high hygiene standards, and support guest satisfaction while working onsite in Yulara, NT.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Kitchen Stewards in the Chief Steward’s absence.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed by the stewarding team.
- Assist the team with daily operational requirements of the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Required profile
- Positive, eager individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong leadership attitude with the ability to guide a team.
- Willingness to live and work onsite at the resort.
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.
