About the role
Join the Ayers Rock Resort team as a Kitchen Steward Shift Leader, living and working onsite in the iconic Yulara region near Uluru. You will lead the stewarding crew, ensuring smooth kitchen operations while delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen stewards in the chief steward’s absence.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed by the stewarding team.
- Assist the team with daily operational requirements of the department.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
Required profile
- Positive and eager individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong leadership attitude with the ability to motivate a team.
- Commitment to high standards of hygiene and guest service.
