Staff Product Designer

About the role

Blinq is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the next phase of its AI‑powered contacts app. You will turn complex, ambiguous problems into simple, human‑focused experiences that help people build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product problems, from framing opportunities with Product and Engineering to prototyping, validation, and launch.
• Design 0→1 products and interactions for moments before, during, and after people meet.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to challenge assumptions, make trade‑offs, and influence what is built.
• Translate complicated systems, behaviours, and edge cases into intuitive, unmistakably Blinq experiences.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ownership of complex, ambiguous or 0→1 product problems, from concept through launch.
• Exceptional visual, product and interaction design craft with systems‑thinking ability.
• Strong product judgement and the capacity to influence senior leaders.
• Comfort operating without a playbook, curious, decisive and able to move between strategy and detailed design.

Required skills

• Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design of complex products.
• Expertise in visual, interaction and product design principles.
• Ability to create design systems that simplify complex products.

What we offer

• Equity and ownership in a fast‑growing AI‑native company.
• Competitive salary with a clear growth path.
• 20 days of annual leave plus flexible additional time off.
• Regular team lunches, games, padel, and catered meals at office locations.
