S&S Banking Consultant

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. The role focuses on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while balancing customer, risk and performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service, aiming for first‑call resolution and strong NPS scores.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and processes via phone or online channels.
• Support and educate customers on using digital banking platforms, including self‑service features.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.

Required profile

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Comfort with digital customer‑service platforms and real‑time assistance.
• Ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital banking applications and mobile services.
• Knowledge of digital verification and ID validation systems.
• Familiarity with digital payment technologies such as mobile wallets and online payments.
