Lead, Productivity – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

As a Lead, Productivity you will oversee ANZ’s enterprise productivity pipeline, ensuring initiatives are well‑defined, prioritised, financially aligned and delivered with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess productivity initiatives, ensuring benefits, scope, milestones and assumptions are robust.
• Work with divisional teams to prioritise and sequence initiatives for maximum value delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, overlaps and delivery challenges, and support teams in resolving them.
• Partner with Finance to align productivity targets, financial assumptions and realised benefits.
• Facilitate pipeline reviews and governance forums, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare concise reports on pipeline health, progress, risks and opportunities for senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across business units and provide constructive challenge to improve delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience managing transformation, productivity, cost optimisation or business improvement portfolios.
• Strong understanding of benefits realisation, financial analysis, governance, risk and dependency management.
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and improve initiative quality and delivery confidence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial acumen.
• Clear communication and reporting skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience in regulated environments, consulting, transformation offices or portfolio management is advantageous.
