Speech Pathologist

About the role

Ability Action Australia is recruiting a Speech Pathologist in Jandakot. Its clinicians help people of all ages and abilities reach their goals, and the employer says it will match the caseload to your experience and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Early years: clinic-based early intervention and parent training
• School-aged children: literacy, social communication skills and AAC
• Adults: speech, language and social skills training, including services for adults with acquired brain injury such as stroke and progressive neurological conditions
• Dysphagia management, mealtime assessment and food aversion caseload for all age groups

Required profile

• A team player eager to learn and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• A leader with a passion for delivering training and supervision
• Passion for delivering quality service and for improving the lives of people living with a disability
