About the role
Ability Action Australia, a national NDIS provider, is looking for qualified Speech Pathologists to deliver high‑quality therapeutic services across schools, homes, clinics, telehealth and community settings in Queensland.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an allocated caseload, delivering services in line with clinical protocols and NDIS timelines.
- Conduct observations and standardized assessments, develop evidence‑based treatment goals, and implement interventions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational policies.
- Educate families and caregivers, advocate for participants, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for the disability sector.
