Software Engineer

About the role

Immutable is seeking a hands‑on product engineer to build Audience, its MarTech platform that helps game studios acquire and retain players. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and data, and you will own outcomes from problem definition to shipping live features.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature development for attribution, measurement, lifecycle messaging, and AI‑driven growth tools.
• Build click tracking, identity capture, install attribution, and conversion postbacks that work natively.
• Shape Engage, the lifecycle and messaging engine, across campaigns, journeys, segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing.
• Develop the AI CMO orchestration layer and integrate AI agents (Cursor, Claude Code) into the pull‑request workflow.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, founders, and studio customers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of engineering experience in a product‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
• Empathy‑driven communication and ability to work with varied stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Passion for user‑first product development and operational excellence.
