Software Engineer II - Backend

About the role

As a Software Engineer II you will develop reliable, scalable backend services for a large‑scale SaaS platform that supports millions of frontline workers. You will own features end‑to‑end, collaborate with product, design and other engineers, and apply AI‑driven automation where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Golang, AWS, PostgreSQL and Kafka.
• Take ownership of features from inception through delivery, working directly with stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement of team processes.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI technologies to automate or enhance functionality.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a backend programming language with a focus on building scalable systems.
• Practical experience delivering software features end‑to‑end in a collaborative, fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to tackle problems beyond the immediate ticket.
