Junior QA Analyst

About the role

As a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst you will help ensure a frictionless digital journey for Luxury Escapes customers across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with engineers, designers and product managers to identify and fix usability issues and bugs.

Key responsibilities

• Test new and existing features on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, reproduce and clearly document bugs or usability gaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design throughout development cycles.
• Monitor production feedback to catch experience issues early.
• Contribute to test plans, exploratory testing and regression testing.

Required profile

• Degree in a STEM‑related field or equivalent QA/UAT experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.
• Clear communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Analytical problem‑solver with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• SQL – writing and running queries.
• Familiarity with testing tools or automation environments.
