Social Video Producer

About the role

Stake is looking for a Social Video Producer to join its Marketing team in Sydney. You will own the end‑to‑end creation of social‑first video content that informs, engages and inspires investors across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, script, shoot, direct, edit and finish short‑form and long‑form social video.
• Produce a consistent volume of high‑quality videos tailored to each platform’s format, pacing and aspect ratio.
• Pitch and lead original video projects and series, shaping Stake’s visual style and sound.
• Turn market moves, earnings results and news into fast‑turnaround videos.
• Manage all shoot logistics, including equipment, locations and talent.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Create and Compliance teams to ensure content is on‑brand and regulatorily compliant.

Required profile

• Strong showreel of social‑first video you have shot and edited yourself.
• Expert editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar, including sound and colour.
• Excellent camera skills – lighting, audio and composition – and comfort shooting solo.
• Ability to produce reactive content quickly, often the same day a market event occurs.
• Deep knowledge of platform‑native video requirements, hooks and captions.
• Curiosity about markets, investing and broader culture.
