Social Media Manager

About the role

Lead the content, culture and social conversation for one of Australia’s most iconic food brands. You will own the end‑to‑end social ecosystem, shaping strategy, creating content, managing creator partnerships and optimising performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead Red Rooster’s social and content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Own the social content calendar, identify trends and cultural moments, and create both planned and reactive content.
• Lead social execution of brand campaigns, product launches and promotional activities from concept to delivery.
• Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including briefing, approvals and performance measurement.
• Oversee community management, monitor channel performance and use data to optimise content and inform future planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in social media, content, digital marketing or advertising.
• Proven success developing and leading social and content strategies for consumer‑facing brands.
• Commercially minded with strong collaboration skills across brand, PR, digital and creative teams.
