Social Media Manager

About the role

We Are Different is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of social-first campaigns for top brands such as FUJIFILM, Jack Daniel’s and Spotify. The role sits at the heart of the agency, turning cultural moments into authentic content that engages audiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of social-first campaigns for multiple clients.
• Develop platform-native content ideas that are authentic, relevant and engaging.
• Lead content calendars, publishing, community management and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce standout collaborations.
• Work with clients and paid-media agencies to maximise reach and impact.
• Integrate trends, platform updates and cultural insights into creative concepts.
• Shape campaign concepts alongside creative, PR and strategy teams.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Support junior team members and elevate overall work quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Proven track record managing social campaigns from planning through delivery and reporting.
• Excellent copywriting ability and instinct for what works on social.
• Knowledge of paid amplification strategies and how organic and paid social intersect.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Genuine curiosity for culture, internet behaviour and idea diffusion.
