Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑focused Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You will own organic social content, paid advertising, content planning and photoshoot coordination for both our bag brand and our apparel label.

Key responsibilities

• Manage editorial calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms across both brands.
• Plan, create and publish organic content including Reels, TikToks, stories, static posts and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Develop creative concepts that align with product launches, seasonal campaigns and current social trends.
• Support and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest to drive acquisition and sales.
• Monitor ad performance, analyse results and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
• Coordinate e‑commerce and campaign photoshoots, producing shot lists, mood boards and production schedules.
• Identify opportunities to grow audience engagement, reach and brand presence.
• Assist with influencer sourcing, collaborations and track key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Highly creative individual with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest trends.
• Comfortable appearing in content and directing creators.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and analysing performance data.
• Excellent organisational skills for coordinating shoots and content pipelines.
