Account Lead, APAC

About the role

BrandBastion is seeking a senior, strategic Account Lead to own key enterprise customer relationships across APAC, with future expansion into EMEA. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders of large consumer brands, guiding their social engagement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead several of BrandBastion’s largest enterprise customer relationships across APAC.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in social media, marketing, brand and customer experience.
• Translate BrandBastion’s AI and technology capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
• Own retention, renewals and commercial growth within your accounts.
• Identify opportunities to deepen adoption and introduce additional BrandBastion solutions.

Required profile

• Experience as an Account Director, Client Partner, Social Media Lead, Social Strategist or senior Customer Success leader working with large consumer brands.
• Comfortable advising senior marketing and social leaders on business challenges.
• Deep knowledge of social media, community engagement and brand strategy.
• Strong commercial mindset.
