About the role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Social Media Content Creator to elevate the brand presence of a growing Australian business across multiple platforms. The role combines creative storytelling with on‑the‑ground relationship building, requiring both office work and regular travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan, film, edit and publish video and digital assets that align with brand objectives.
• Visit client and stakeholder locations to capture authentic stories and customer experiences.
• Act as a brand ambassador, presenting confidently on‑camera and off‑camera.
• Manage community interaction, monitor trends and apply best practices.
• Collaborate on content calendars, campaigns and publishing schedules.
• Analyse performance data, track engagement, leads and ROI, and produce regular reports with improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Outgoing, commercially minded professional who enjoys meeting new people.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship with a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
