Marketing & Brands Advisor - Balcatta Support Centre

About the role

Sodexo is hiring a Marketing & Brands Advisor for its Balcatta Support Centre, reporting to the Director Marketing & Digital APAC E&R. The role designs, develops and implements resident-centric brands, services, experiences and engagement campaigns that improve the resident experience and create value for clients. It combines consumer insights, service innovation, brand development, customer experience and stakeholder engagement, working closely with Operations, Business Development and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop resident-focused brands, services and experiences using consumer insights and market trends, and run marketing campaigns that boost engagement, satisfaction and participation.
• Partner with Business Development teams to build customer experience solutions that support growth and retention, and create brand presentations, proposals and tender materials.
• Maintain brand guidelines, service standards, playbooks and implementation toolkits so brands and services are consistent across the portfolio.
• Build relationships with Operations, Clients, Site Leadership and Business Development, and align stakeholders on business and client objectives.
• Visit sites to support program implementation, audit brands and services against standards, monitor performance and share best practice.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, consumer engagement, customer experience or community engagement roles.
• Desirable: experience in remote services, hospitality, accommodation, mining, energy or resources sectors, and in CX, community engagement or resident experience programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing brands and running engagement campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Desirable: event management experience.
