About the role
The Social Media and Content Manager will lead Showtime Event Group’s social media strategy and produce premium content that supports marketing campaigns, sales initiatives and brand positioning across all venues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow SEG’s social media channels on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, venue priorities and seasonal demand.
- Write and adapt copy in the Showtime Event Group tone of voice for diverse audience segments.
- Monitor performance metrics, produce reports and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve engagement and commercial results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales, Planning and Operations teams to ensure content is strategically aligned and commercially relevant.
- Identify and coordinate content capture opportunities, brief external photographers/videographers and oversee premium asset production.
- Engage with online communities, respond to interactions and foster influencer and user‑generated content collaborations.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing social media channels for a premium or hospitality brand.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to content planning.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales and operations teams.
