Social Content Manager

About the role

Bondi Sands is looking for a Social Content Manager to lead the creation, planning and execution of its global social content strategy. Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will shape the brand’s voice across all platforms and drive viral growth through compelling visual and video storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 360‑degree social content plan aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Brand teams to translate performance insights into future content ideas.
• Define and maintain a consistent visual and written tone of voice across all channels.
• Lead, train and motivate the Social Content team, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery.
• Manage external creators and agency partners, coordinating talent calendars and content briefs.
• Identify platform‑native opportunities and create audience‑first content for product launches and campaigns.
