About the role
We are looking for a Social Advocacy & Community Manager to lead a newly created team that builds powerful external communities, cultivates brand advocates, and shapes AI‑driven customer journeys. This permanent, hybrid role will be based in Norwest with three days on‑site and flexible work‑from‑home options.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and scale a multi‑tier influencer network covering macro brand ambassadors, lifestyle creators, and retail affiliates.
- Manage contracts, retainers and relationships with top‑tier talent, creators and talent‑management agencies.

- Design performance frameworks, metrics and content selection criteria for organic and creator content to be boosted in paid media.
- Create creative briefs, voice guardrails and platform playbooks guiding creators to produce native, unpolished social content.
- Lead large‑scale community engagement, set escalation frameworks and brief customer‑care teams for high‑volume moderation.
Required profile
- 6‑7+ years of specialist‑generalist marketing experience with deep social platform expertise.
- Proven track record of building and scaling structured, multi‑tier influencer programmes.
- Hands‑on experience negotiating and managing long‑term contracts with creators and agencies.
