Senior Campaign Manager (B2B tech)

About the role

The Senior Campaign Manager works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the efficient and effective running of B2B technology accounts. This client‑facing role translates strategic thinking into decisive action, manages media relations, and oversees content creation across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a long‑term partner for marketing and communications services.
• Oversee media relations, positioning clients within the news agenda and maintaining key journalist, blogger and influencer contacts.
• Lead content creation for campaigns, including press releases, articles, blog posts and other written materials.
• Utilise social media and digital tools to expand networks, pitch additional digital content and optimise PR campaigns.
• Manage and develop the account team, setting objectives, coaching junior members and monitoring activity against budget.
• Report campaign performance, provide insight and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a B2B, corporate, consumer or digital communications agency at a senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence interacting with board‑level clients.
• Calm under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and delegate effectively.
• Proven ability to stay abreast of current affairs and relate them to client situations.
