Skin Specialist (Part‑time, 10 hrs/week)

About the role

Join MECCA’s Launceston store as a Skin Specialist, working 10 hours per week. You will be the go‑to expert for skincare, delivering consultations, facials and product advice to help customers feel confident in their skin.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized skin consultations and perform relaxing facials for customers.
• Recommend and sell skincare products from top global brands, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain an exceptional overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of skincare products and how ingredients address different skin needs.
• Ability to create memorable, positive moments for customers.
• Inclusive, team‑spirited attitude with a can‑do mindset.
• A beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and product application.
• Experience conducting skin consultations and facial treatments.
