Site Supervisor – Volume Residential Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead volume residential construction projects for a well‑established national builder operating across South East Queensland. You will oversee each site from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate residential construction projects from start to handover.
• Manage and schedule trades, suppliers and subcontractors to keep progress on track.
• Maintain high standards of build quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and clients throughout the build.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting using internal systems.
• Guarantee all work complies with company standards, Queensland building codes and WHS requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in a residential construction supervisory role.
• Proven experience in volume residential construction.
• QBCC licence and a carpentry trade qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes, standards and practices.
• Local experience in the Queensland residential market.
• Excellent communication, organisational and planning abilities.
• Commitment to high‑quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
