Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the role

BANA Projects is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to manage residential construction sites across Sydney, primarily in the North Shore, Inner West, North Sydney and Eastern Suburbs. You will be the on‑site leader responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within scope and to the high quality standards expected by our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive between multiple sites and coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain work schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials and labour.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management or as a leading hand ready to step into a supervisory role.
• Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to commute to various sites.
• Experience with residential, commercial or remedial construction projects is advantageous.
