Site Supervisor / Manager – NSW Remedial Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers to join our NSW Remedial team, delivering specialist remedial projects across New South Wales. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safe, efficient, high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations on remedial projects across NSW.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, scopes and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally on site.
• Oversee safety compliance, risk management and environmental obligations.
• Participate in planning, programming and progress reporting.
• Support successful delivery of projects in marine, industrial and structural remediation environments.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager, preferably in remedial or civil construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership of site teams in complex or brownfield environments.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and self‑perform teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and asset owners.
