Experienced Lift Installer (Electrician)

About the role

We are looking for a Lift Installer (Electrician) to join our high‑performing Modernisation team in Melbourne. The role involves managing the equipment installation environment, communicating with customers on‑site, and reporting progress to supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day on‑site communication with customers and handle logistical activities.
• Report installation progress to the installation supervisor.
• Ensure all activities comply with KONE policies, health, quality and safety standards.
• Execute installations according to predetermined method instructions and schedules.

Required profile

• Lift industry experience preferred.
• Qualified electrical licence required.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and stakeholder expectations.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• Customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
