About the role

Join one of NSW's leading volume home builders as a Site Supervisor, overseeing residential projects across Northwest and Southwest Sydney. This is a career‑focused opportunity for a trade‑qualified professional seeking a clear pathway to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15‑20 active residential builds from slab through to handover.
• Coordinate trades and suppliers, ensuring programmes stay on track and quality standards are met.
• Drive WHS compliance and maintain a safe work environment on each site.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the construction process.
• Utilise structured systems and collaborate with a dedicated defects team to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Carpentry backed by a trade apprenticeship.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (completed or in progress).
• Proven experience supervising residential builds with a volume or project home builder.
• Strong communication skills with trades, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ambition to progress into a Construction Manager role long‑term.
