About the role
CM+ is seeking an Intermediate Design Architect to join its growing Sydney studio. You will work on a variety of projects across residential, retail, commercial, workplace, education and urban renewal sectors, helping to shape high‑quality built environments from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and detailed documentation for diverse project types.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is realised.
- Prepare and manage Australian documentation and planning submissions.
- Contribute to project delivery from initial brief to final handover.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of architectural experience.
- Strong design thinking and creativity.
- Collaborative, can‑do attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with other design software used in architectural practice.
