About the role
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage residential builds across the South West Sydney area. You will coordinate trades, schedule daily workloads and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure projects stay on track.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities on multiple sites in South West Sydney.
- Coordinate trades, manage schedules and daily workloads.
- Maintain weekly contact with clients to provide updates.
- Report progress and performance to the company.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years of site supervising experience.
- Well‑organised and professional presentation for client‑facing interactions.
- Motivated to build a long‑term career in construction.
- Positive attitude and willingness to progress within the industry.
Required skills
- Certificate III in Carpentry.
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
