Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Supervisor will coordinate and control all physical aspects of daily construction activities on the Robertson Barracks Project, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive completion of construction tasks on schedule while maintaining an incident‑free environment.
• Allocate daily tasks to on‑site labour teams, ensuring adequate manpower and resources.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, worker numbers, incident reports, and inspection/test plans.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental plans, conducting audits and corrective actions.
• Manage quality assurance by overseeing inspections, ITPs, and resolving any non‑conformities.
• Control site costs related to labour, equipment hire, and purchases to stay within budget.
• Communicate professionally with all project stakeholders and resolve trade or labour coordination issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with contract documentation, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
