About the role
The Project Engineer will support the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating onsite activities and maintaining high quality standards across the Robertson Barracks Project. This full‑time position involves managing quality control systems, document control, safety and environmental compliance, and ensuring accurate project records.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior managers with day‑to‑day site operations and coordination of trades.
- Manage the Quality Control System, including preparation and submission of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and handling non‑conformances.
- Oversee document control, ensuring all project documentation is current and accessible.
- Identify and resolve technical and quality issues on site, including NCRs.
- Support construction activities to stay on schedule while maintaining safety and avoiding incidents.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and lead safety awareness initiatives.
