Site Supervisor (Construction)

About the role

Built is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with codes, standards and specifications and that appropriate procedures are followed.
• Directly manage Built’s on‑site workforce, communicate variations, disputes and contractual matters to the Site/Project Manager, and identify training needs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage material handling requirements, and attend programme and site meetings.
• Analyse plans, details and survey drawings for discrepancies and verify dimensions that cannot be varied.

Required profile

• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar construction role.
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and a proactive, "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" attitude.
• Leadership skills, innovative mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
