Site Supervisor – Civil Contractor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a market‑leading civil contracting business in Australia. You will oversee a variety of infrastructure projects ranging from $500k to $10m, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise crews, plant, machinery and subcontractors on‑site.
• Lead daily production, support and delivery of projects in line with time, cost and quality targets.
• Programme and coordinate daily site works, employees, equipment and subcontractors.
• Provide advice, direction and support to project staff.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience on civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead and delegate effectively.
• Strong planning, scheduling and problem‑solving capabilities.
• High level of organisation, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
