Site Supervisor – Civil Contractor

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a market‑leading civil contracting business in Australia. You will oversee a variety of infrastructure projects ranging from $500k to $10m, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise crews, plant, machinery and subcontractors on‑site.
- Lead daily production, support and delivery of projects in line with time, cost and quality targets.
- Programme and coordinate daily site works, employees, equipment and subcontractors.
- Provide advice, direction and support to project staff.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience on civil construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead and delegate effectively.
- Strong planning, scheduling and problem‑solving capabilities.
- High level of organisation, time‑management and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
