Site Supervisor – Civil Construction

About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day site activities for civil projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors while maintaining quality standards and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site operations across civil projects.
• Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and plant resources.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct pre‑starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and suppliers.
• Maintain site documentation and daily reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.
• Background in bulk earthworks and excavation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and site crews.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality outcomes.
• Current Driver's Licence, White Card and Australian working rights.
