Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of major remedial, structural and refurbishment projects across Australia. The role is nationally based, allowing you to live anywhere while travelling to project sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site delivery for large‑scale remedial and structural upgrade projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site crews, equipment, materials and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee site safety, risk controls and environmental standards.
• Provide expert guidance on complex remedial activities, construction staging and temporary works.
• Support project teams with methodology, constructability and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and regional teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in remedial, structural, civil or refurbishment works.
• Technical knowledge of concrete repair, coatings, corrosion protection, structural strengthening and façade remediation.
• Proven ability to work in brownfield or live‑operational environments.
• Strong capability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
