Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for our new residential community, Élan, in Warner, Queensland. This permanent, hands‑on position will ensure homes are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards across our evolving portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on a daily basis.
• Interpret building plans, regulations and relevant codes of practice.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and manage budgetary targets.
• Conduct quality‑control inspections at every construction stage.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation and regular reporting.
• Liaise with clients, inspectors and senior management to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Current Builders/Supervisors Licence.
• Proven experience delivering medium‑density residential projects in a fast‑paced, volume‑housing environment.
• Basic understanding of civil infrastructure and strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability and strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
