Site Manager – Modular Construction

About the role

SHAPE is looking for a hands‑on Site Manager to lead the delivery of modular construction projects from the off‑site production facility through to final on‑site installation across Western Australia. You will set the pace for safe, efficient production, solve challenges early and help build the systems and relationships that drive our growing modular capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day modular production facility and site installation activities.
• Prepare short‑ and long‑term production programmes aligned with construction schedules.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, environmental and project delivery systems.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site activities.
• Manage quality controls, inspections, defect close‑out and project records through Procore.
• Support project planning, resource management, budget monitoring and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of industry experience, including at least two years in modular site management.
• Background in manufacturing or modular construction environments.
• Experience delivering projects valued between $1 million and $5 million or more.
• Proven ability to develop production programmes aligned to construction delivery.
• Strong capability interpreting drawings, specifications and buildability requirements.
• Collaborative, respectful approach that builds trusted relationships.
• Proactive mindset with accountability, adaptability and focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Procore project management software.
